What is KBKB?
KBKB is a Maharashtra-focused peer-to-peer discovery, matching and connection platform operated by Koochbhi Private Limited, with a 20% KBKB service fee on paid jobs. It helps people find nearby work or find people who may be able to do a job.

How do I start?
Choose “Mujhe kaam chahiye”, “Mujhe kaam karwana hai”, or simply speak to AIji. Tell KBKB what you need in one sentence.
Do I have to speak English?
No. Hindi and English are supported in the core journey, and the platform is designed around natural-language input rather than formal forms.
Finding work
How are jobs ranked?
KBKB is designed to rank using disclosed signals such as relevance to the work, distance when location is known, availability and trust evidence actually available. Paid boosting should not silently replace these usefulness signals.
Does “verified” mean guaranteed?
No. Verification means only that the stated check was completed. It does not guarantee skill, character, safety, payment or future conduct.
How does payment work?
The customer and worker agree the full job price first. When KBKB payment is enabled, the customer uses the PayU checkout opened from the KBKB transaction room. KBKB verifies payment status before the worker is asked to start. Never share OTP, UPI PIN or bank PIN with another user.
Getting work done
Does KBKB employ the worker?
No. KBKB is not the employer, staffing agency, contractor or supervisor. You decide whom to contact and whether to proceed.
Should I verify someone before letting them into my home?
Yes. Review the verification information actually shown, confirm identity independently where appropriate, discuss who will attend, and use extra care for home-entry or higher-risk work.
What if the work goes wrong?
Use the Report function for safety, fraud or platform-rule issues. KBKB is not the employer or guarantor of the work outcome. If a paid KBKB transaction has an issue, use Report so payout/refund handling can follow the payment provider status and applicable law.
Money, fees and safety
What does KBKB charge?
KBKB keeps 20% of the agreed job price on paid transactions, and the worker sees the amount they will receive before accepting. The job price itself is agreed between the customer and worker.
What should I never share?
Never share OTPs, bank PINs, card PINs, passwords or unnecessary identity documents in ordinary conversations.
What if I feel unsafe?
Do not continue a meeting or job if you feel unsafe. Use local emergency services for immediate danger and use KBKB’s Report function for suspicious or abusive activity.
External jobs
Are India-wide external jobs KBKB jobs?
No. External opportunities must be labelled separately from KBKB-native postings and come only from documented APIs, approved partners or public government datasets. Their counts must not be mixed into KBKB-native counts.
